We are now currently conducting many of our services through live virtual services. This includes zoom groups, education classes and face-to-face monitoring sessions. This allows us to continue our services for all Butte, Glenn and Tehama County clients as well as surrounding areas in a safe and consistent manner.

 To receive any services, it is necessary to have you sign our Addendum to Release of Information: Informed Consent for Live Virtual Services.
 

Since Prevention Education Program has instituted live virtual services since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 have seen that some clients are struggling with the technology component of our program. To help alleviate that stress and to help you get your license back, are offering free instruction in both English and Spanish at the Chico and Red Bluff Offices to teach clients to use zoom and other forms of electronic communication. We have smart technology devices that you can use in our office to attend if you don’t have your own device.  Our goal is to help you navigate through these current times. 

Dado que el Programa de Educación para la Prevención ha instituido servicios de telesalud debido a la pandemia de Covid-19, vemos que algunos clientes están luchando con el componente tecnológico de nuestro programa. Para ayudar a aliviar ese estrés y ayudarlo a recuperar su licencia, ofreceremos instrucción gratuita tanto en inglés como en español en las oficinas de Chico y Red Bluff para enseñar a los clientes a usar Zoom y otras formas de comunicación electrónica. Tenemos dispositivos de tecnología inteligente que puede usar para asistir si no tiene su propio dispositivo. Llame a la oficina para preguntar acerca de este programa, especialmente si ha tenido un permiso de ausencia debido a este problema. Gracias.

What to expect during your appointment:

· The intake appointment is done in the office by appointment only.

· The intake appointment will take about an hour to complete. 

· Download the Zoom app on your device prior to your appointment. 

You must bring with you to the appointment...

1. DMV K-4 Printout.  They can be printed online for $2.00 at Request Your Driver's Record - California DMV or purchased at DMV for $5.00
2. Any court Paperwork ordering you to do the program.

We have temporarily closed the offices in Gridley, Willows and Orland. However, using Live Virtual Services all you must do is call the Chico or Red Bluff office and we can still help you, since sessions are held by live virtual services.

We have many different choices for your class times. There are classes all days of the week except for Sundays. We have daytime classes as well as many evening classes. We do our best to offer something for everyone to get you through the program with ease.
