Karlee Jones
Karlee Jones, SUDCC, has been in the treatment field with 25+ years experience. Many of these years have been directly working in the DUI field. Karlee enjoys working with those who are trying to work through the process of getting a DUI. Karlee lives in Paradise, Ca. and understands firsthand, "That the comeback can be greater than the setback!"
Sam Beasley
Sam Beasley, SUDCC, has been in the treatment field with 30+ years experience. He is an expert in DUI laws and has been active in California Association of Driving Under the Influence Treatment Programs and the Strategic Highway Safety Program.

Suzanne Lorenz
Suzanne Lorenz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30+ years experience in the helping profession, working with trauma and substance abuse. Suzanne is an avid photographer and many of the photographs on this site are hers.
Sam & Suzanne
Sam and Suzanne have written a book for therapist and counselors entitled: Wealth and Well Being: How counselors and clients can break through the emotional barriers to financial independence. The accompanying workbook: Wealth and Well Being for the layperson.
Sam and Suzanne were a part of creating and writing the California Association of DUI Treatment Programs Best Practices Manual for California Licensed Driving Under the Influence Program Providers. If interested, please contact us for a copy.
Our PEP Team
Program Director Karlee Jones
Karlee oversees that the program runs smoothly, as well as all client and counselor services in both Chico and Red Bluff offices. She takes great pride in being available to program staff and clients as well. Karlee herself has been a substance abuse counselor for many years as well as an administrator. Our Counseling Staff
Prevention Education Program is fortunate to have highly qualified and trained substance abuse counselors. They have chosen this field of work to help others and they do so every day. They are committed to our mission of being kind and dedicated. The direction of your life matters to our counseling staff, what you are going through matters to our staff. You will find great support, insight and awareness from our counselors.
We have counselors in both English and Spanish. All our counselors are registered or certified with the State of California.
Our Administrative Staff
Charli Heil is our Program Manager overseeing our admin staff she is always willing to help with a positive can-do attitude. She came to us as an experienced administrator as well as many years of experience with DUI and the hurtles clients may face.
Prevention Education Program could not operate without the cheerful and competent administrative and support staff. Our admin staff is committed to our philosophy as well as our mission statement.
