We are now currently conducting all our services through telehealth operations. This includes telephone & zoom enrollments, zoom groups and zoom education classes. Our face-to-face monitoring sessions are done over the phone. There is no need to come into the office at this time. This allows us to continue our services for all Butte, Glenn and Tehama County clients as well as surrounding areas in a safe and consistent manner.
To receive any services, it is necessary to have you sign our Addendum to Release of Information: Informed Consent for Video/Phone Counseling Sessions.
Since Prevention Education Program has instituted telehealth services due to the Covid-19 pandemic we see that some clients are struggling with the technology component of our program. To help alleviate that stress and to help you get your license back, we will be offering free instruction in both English and Spanish at the Chico and Red Bluff Offices to teach clients to use Zoom and other forms of electronic communication. We have smart technology devices that you can use to attend if you don’t have your own device. Our goal is to help you navigate through these current times.
Gracias.
